One of our favourites is to break off an Aloe Ferox leaf (similar to Aloe Vera). Make sure to get the fleshiest part possible and gently rub the soft gel like liquid over your sunburnt skin. Instant relief, but depending on the severity of the pain, it will not necessarily take all the pain away. Next day you'll notice the difference and you won't feel as much pain, or be as uncomfortable, for days on end.
