Use a Towel to Exercise and Strengthen Arm Muscles

1) Use a towel, preferably 24 inches long and 12 inches wide.

2) Grab the towel in both hands length wise, extending your arms so that they are parallel to the ground.

3) Isometrically pull the towel in opposite directions with your arms and hands, exercising the upper arm muscles, for ten seconds,
or until your arms are exhausted. You may want to do five reps.
